These age groups learn and develop their rugby skills playing ’non contact’ Tag rugby, using a mixture of games, exercises and mini matches. They will gain an understanding of space and how to use it together with improving their hand-eye coordination in ball passing. Always with the emphasis on teamwork and enjoyment of the game. While we currently have lower numbers, the U7’s will be combining with our Under 8 players for training purposes. Our recruitment is now in full swing and as the numbers grow we are confident that we will be able to divide the the two groups back into separate squads after Christmas.
