Role:
Work together with members of the
Senior Section to improve communication and the profile of the section via
Information Technology.
Duties:
- To maintain the Senior Section pages on the BRFC Website
for the benefit of all players, their families and to enable visitors to the
site to be made aware of information and activities of the Senior Section by
liaising with all BRF Senior committee members to ensure the swift delivery of
valuable and timely information.
- To use the website as a tool to promote the Senior
Section within the community, with other clubs and potential new members.
- Ensure the content of the website does not disclose any
personal information about a member to members of the general viewing
audience.
- Ensure that no inappropriate content is included within
the website pages. This includes any material which could be defined as
bullying or does not portray rugby in accordance with the current RFU
guidelines.
- To ensure that any external sites which have links on
the BRFC Website do not contain any inappropriate material. Any site which
changes their content and commence displaying inappropriate material will have
the link from the BRFC site removed immediately.
