Role:
The management of the club's bar and
catering facilities on matchdays and at other events and functions as nominated
by the committee.
Duties:
- Organising and running of the club bar; including
staffing, ordering, stock control, security, monitoring of prices/sales and
control of takings.
- Provide/organise the provision of catering requirements
for all matches, events and social occasions.
- To ensure the cleanliness and Health & Safety
matters are adhered to.
- Liaise with other committee members in relation to all
social events.
The Bar Manager should have experience of stock control,
financial transactions, knowledge of food hygiene and bar management
skills. |
